Once an order is dispatched (i.e. sent to the carrier (e.g. USPS, Canada Post FedEX etc.), it is controlled by the carrier. 

Please note, your parcel can be delayed by:

  • acceptance (when the carrier scans the parcel)
  • customs
  • weather (e.g. snowstorms, natural disasters), 
  • carrier issues 
  • circumstances that cause unforeseen interference with carrier routes etc.

We have no control over these delays and can not supply any details why or how long your parcel could be delayed as we are not the postal carrier.
